This blog follows our family's journey to life after death. Our daughter Anna died November 25, 2007. In Jesus' name we press on.... to a new job, a new state, a new home, a new life. Come with us as we start a new chapter in our lives and as we press on to our eternal home.

Happy Anniversary and Merry Christmas!
We have the keys! The kids and I went over there after school and ended up playing hide-and-seek. (What else can you do in an empty house?) We now have a new rule: No hiding in the refrigerator!
I didn't mean to offend you in any way. so sorry Marlo. I never can seem to say the right thing. I know that this is clearly not the "promise land". It was just the moment I saw your beautiful house, it reminded me of that song, ..... maybe cause it's the one I dream my house will look like in heaven. that's all.
Wow! what a great place. Love the red door. It does remind me of my days in Virginia. I hope you put a candle (real or electric)glowing in every window for Christmas (maybe by next year anyway). I loved seeing those in the colonial houses.
It's a beautiful house! Congrats!!!
